It's not a metaphor, it's fact. I crave my daily dose of coffee like a human depends on oxygen. Seriously, the idea of starting my day without it causes me unease. Latte doesn't influence much, as long as that bitter flavor reaches my mouth. It's not just a drink, it's fuel for my being. I am an individual of habit, and that habit is my daily dose.
